The Brief
The objective was to create a bridal editorial for Vedantika’s garment that visually expressed the concept of transformation and self-becoming.
Inspired by the metaphor of a chrysalis and wings, the shoot represented a bride who builds herself before stepping into her next phase.
The Design
The visual direction focused on soft cinematic lighting, ethereal bridal styling, and emotional portraiture.
Using the veil, structured silhouette, corset detailing, and dreamy glow effects, the images created a surreal atmosphere that reflected strength, vulnerability, and quiet power.
the takeaway
The final outcome was a refined bridal editorial series with fashion photography and detailed retouching for client presentation and portfolio use.
This project strengthened my understanding of client-based fashion shoots, conceptual storytelling, and translating garment emotion into visual imagery.
